“ Ordered for the first time since I moved to this town. Absolutely best pizza I have had in awhile and I travel often! Great staff, very friendly! And the pizza was delicious!! We also got the mozzarella sticks and fried pickles!! Highly recommend ”
“ It's been a few months since I tried this place out, but I saw the gofundme post on Facebook about the retaining wall and wanted to give a boost on your google reviews, too. My husband and I ordered two pizzas, one for each of us, for pickup. When we got in to pick it up, we were told that in addition to our order, we won the pizza lottery, and we'd be recieving an extra large cheese pizza, too! I was over the moon. I took it home, drizzled hot honey on it, and enjoyed it so much! Little did you guys know, I'd just lost my job and we ordered that pizza as a special treat after not having eaten out in a long while. We scraped together enough for our order and left with enough food to feed us for a while! I've never forgotten what an impact that extra pizza made on us. I've got a new job now and while we're still not rich, I've got a little more money now. When I get paid next I'll be making a donation to the gofundme. Thank you so much for your kindness and your excellent pizza, I wish you the best of luck with your retaining wall and hope to keep you guys as a part of our amazing community here in Norwalk. ”

“ Ordered for the first time tonight and my only regret is that we didn't order sooner! We hardly ever order out for pizza but from now on, when we do; it'll be Gilby's pizza. We ordered a cheese pizza, a pickle pizza, and a cheeseburger foldover. The pizza was cooked perfectly. The crust was thin and crispy but not too crispy. There wasn't much sauce on the pizza but it didn't need a lot of sauce because the sauce had a great taste and seasoning. Also, the pizza was NOT super greasy like the other mom and pop shops! I do have to say that it's hands down some of the best pizza I've had. The cheeseburger foldover was miles ahead of the competition! Would prefer maybe a thicker or different kind of crust for the foldover but the taste was wayyy better than the competition! We spent 40 including delivery fee for a family of 5 AND we have leftovers; you can't beat that! Not to mention the smooth ordering process. The guy who took our order was very polite and helpful. The delivery driver was also polite and professional. We were quoted a half hour or so for delivery but got it in under a half hour and we live out of town! On top of that, it was hot and fresh when we opened it! Super impressed all around P.S. We loved it so much we couldn't get pictures before little hands got a hold of it ”

There food was fresh and amazing I would highly recommend them even if you live in the surrounding areas I was an hour and 15 minutes from home when I tried the food and it was so good I will diffently take the drive to eat there again ”
“ Gilby’s is not only good food, but great service as well. They’re always so nice and everything always tastes amazing. The new pasta bake sandwich is to die for! Pasta and cheese in between garlic bread?! Where can you go wrong. Plus it was a 12” sandwich for only 10! Highly recommend! ”
“ We had Stromboli with garlic bread and cheese that’s made on homemade bread. My daughter said, “how did we not know about here, it’s so good!” Had a great conversation with the owner and the rest of the help was just as friendly. There is even free arcade games to play while waiting. I highly suggest eating from here. ”
